[Resolved] Airtel — Lost my mobile with sim | |||
Hi sir, myself nithesh kumar, i was using my mother's simcard for the past 2to3 years.Since i am a student studying 12, my dad took my mobile and placed it somewhere, this happened 6 months before.Now i completed my studies, my father assured to return my mobile back..but it was found to be lost .He didnt notice when this happened.Assuming that it was lost, my mom went to apply for anew simcard of same number([protected])in nearby airtel office(perambur).they replied that it was activated for another name since the simcard was inactive for nearly 45 days and also added that they have sent a message regarding simcard changeover in another name but we didnt notice . my question is...without my mother's permission how they are supposed to change . we tried calling the number([protected])...but it was not reachable.is it possible to get our number back?
