[Resolved] Airtel — Lost of Documents and Non responsive staff. | |||
Wanted to convert Airtel prepaid to postpaid. After I receive the calls from the representatives explaining the procedure n requirement. They sent there representative to collect the documents and I Submitted the required documents documents (driving licience xerox and aadhar card zerox), photos along with deposit amount of Rs.300 on 01/08/2014, even after asking I have been not given any receipt saying it is not required since I made an online request for the conversion of the service. Since then there is no progress and the representatives and the staff member have no clue about the status and the documents. There is no proper response from the customer care representatives also, they could not tell me what i should do or what can be done in this case, they did not let me speak to any senior manager or one who can handle such cases. there was "0" help from the customer care. Even the company website where I could lodge a complaint are not working properly, even after trying end number of times to lodge a complaint on the company website " www.airtel.in. " it was not taking my complaint. A serious action needs to be taken to stop Airtel from harassing their customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
