[Resolved] Airtel Ltd — mobile network issue | |||||
I have recharged of rs.49 as on date 21.04.2020 for my mobile number [protected]. Till the recharge my sim worked well but after my recharge it stopped working fully. So i called to customer service they said it might possible sim card is damaged so i have to replace it but due to lockdown i can't replace it immediately so i told them to carry forward my balance whenever i will replace it. They completely denied to carry forward balance. This is such irresponsible behaviour of them. I am extremely disappointed by thier service they can't help customers during lockdown then what's the point to continue service. This is not my personal problem they should have some policies to help customers. They are just money minded people. They are just for name to worldwide service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
