Airtel — misleading consumers by unlimited calling plans.

Airtel is misleading by customers with their unlimited calling plans. I am not able to call any helpline numbers starting with '1860' with unliMited calling plan. For that I have to top up my number with extra money in order to call the helpline numbers. That too at very high cost of 2.40 rupees per minute. This is not fair. Other services like JIO includes these numbers starting with 1860 in their unlimited plans. If I am an airtel customer and recharging with unliMited plan, still i am not able to call any bank, dth, etc. Helpline numbers. Please consider this as a genuine problem.
