See the Misleading Information ( intentional ) From Airtel Customer Service Also Escalation email !!!


I have received a mail from :nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com

Content and at the End also Says:


Level 1: Customer Care: [protected]@in.airtel.com and 121/198, working Hours - 24/7.
Level 2: Nodal Team: nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.comand[protected], working hours: 9:30 to 6:30, Monday to Friday.
Level 3: Appellate Authority: appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.comand[protected], working hours: 9:30 to 6:30, Monday to Friday.


But Note the Email for NODAL Team mentioned (nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com ) is Wrong and no email available in this ID

but Instead they use nodel.[protected]@in.airtel.com for Receiving Email...

This is the intentionally kept for misleading common people !!!

Please note this Email "nodel.[protected]@in.airtel.com" is not published anywhere !!!,

I recharged a discounted tariff amounting to Rs. 62 from the website www.airtel.com which said "Local Mobile [protected]@30p/min for 90 days" no reference to any other details regarding any other additional charges was indicated neither any asterisk had been indicated denoting any specific terms and conditions regarding the same. However when i test called on a friend's number no such offer was seen the call rates were normal i.e. 2 paisa per second.
The transaction Id as per my bank account is [protected]IG00MGNPP1 dated 23.01.2015
This i suppose is misleading and wrong information supplied to the innocent customers. This fraudulent practices of the said co. has forged so many customers including me.
Moreover when the said complaint was filed against the company on a toll complaint helpline number i.e. 198 the said company officials demanded that the website did not belonged to the company. However we have been regularly using that particular website( www.airtel.com ) for similar payments and nothing of such sort had happened.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and stop such frauds. Kindly do the needful and oblige
