[Resolved]  Airtel — miss-commitment, fraud and denial by airtel about my new recharge

Before making recharge of rs 1699, i called to airtel executive to confirm about the terms and conditions, benefits of the particular plan. Airtel executive told me that new plan will start after existing plan will expire. Due to this assurance, i recharged the rs 1699 plan in 21 days advance. After successful recharge of rs 1699, i also got a confirmation message from airtel that, my new recharge will be activated afrer 16th december 2019. This is what airtel executive assured me as well.

But now, airtel unexpectedly ended my old plan before 21 days of expire and activated my new plan (I. E. Rs. 1699 plan). I called the airtel customer care executive regarding this and they are not responding me in proper manner. They are saying something differently what the executive promised me before the recharge. They also disconnecting my calls. Please help me on this as this is fraud/cheat with customers. I want all the benefits promised by airtel executive and mentioned in confirmation sms.

I have also attached the confirmation sms received from airtel and screenshot of current running plan details. You may also check the call records of your executive before my recharge regarding this.

After followups and emails, Airtel agreed to resolve my problem. They have added the missing validity in my current plan. What I understand is, for any problem just do not trust over Airtel telecollers. They just do not listen your problem but keep telling about rules and regulations so that you just gave up to them. Thanks consumer complains to helping me on this.

After followups and emails, Airtel agreed to resolve my problem. They have added the missing validity in my current plan. What I understand if, for any problem just do not trust over Airtel telecollers. They just do not listen your problem but keep telling about rules and regulations so that you just gave up to them.

Thanks consumer complains to helping me on this. I am adding screenshot which shows that they have added the missing days in my current plan.
