Airtel — mnp cancellation after paying money (no concern response)

Dear sir,

I have made port request for my number [protected] from aircel to airtel, one of airtel agent called me
And came to my place and took all proofs required, took 300 money, gave sim and said it will be activated with in 10 days on 27-9-17, it has been 25 days, when i went nearest airtel showroom, they told your mnp request been cancelled you have to request again, kindly help regarding
