Airtel — mnp issues - number not working

Hi,

I requested to port my jio number with airtel and today my old jio sim stopped working and when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port, after days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.

If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also

Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the lose that i will go through because of this

Hoping this time my issue will be resolved
