Airtel — mnp non activation | |
I migrated from Vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid. I applied for the mnp on 06/4/18. It has been approved and cleared from Vodafone. My Vodafone network disconnected on 10/4/18 at 9 pm after which my Airtel is expected to be activated immediately .but to the contrary it's already 48 hrs and still my Airtel sim shows NO SERVICE. I contacted airtel customer service online and visited airtel store thrice. None in the store and customer care have a complete idea and they are simply buying time and pacifying that sim would be activated within couple of hours. Unfortunate that I'm facing a very harsh welcome from airtel. I being a govt doctor and It's been a great loss to me and my patients who are miserably failing to contact on my mobile.
