Airtel — mobile connection network

I considered airtel to be one of the best service provider but actually now it has become worst. I am around 10 + year old customer, but now now i think am actually kast se murr.. I am now in mumbai at andheri west and from last 7 days there is no network in my phone and alongwith me there are more airtel connections which now we should port asap. If you dont take any action in next 24 hours.
