[Resolved] Airtel Mobile — Issue with data connectivity & 4g | |||
I am extremely dissatisfied with the hopeless & service that airtel the so called smart phone network is providing in my iphone 6 i had ported from vodafone to airtel thinking that airtel is a better service provider but i believe that i was a fool that i changed from vodafone to airtel i have already post several complaints online on the airtel website but as usual the service that airtel is providing is just hopeless & pathetic is all i can say. Request you to look into this on an urgent basis else i will be going back to vodafone & let me inform you one thing i have shown my device at the apple service center as well they have also checked nothing is wrong in my device at all if this is not addressed on an urgent basis i will ensure that along with me at least 15 customers port out of airtel & switch to vodafone also i will post this on social media as well like facebook & twitter as well that's a promise. I have already posted a complain on the consumer forum & don't think that i can fooled at all. As i am also a part of the customer service industry so you guys can't play around with me at all because i know pretty well how this functions as i am also a part of a bpo industry. Last week i have also changed my sim to another airtel 4g sim but still no luck at all. Look into this on an urgent basis else i will spread the poor & hopeless service that airtel is providing like wild fire i mean it. With greatest difficulty 3g has started showing on my mobile phone please tell me will i ever get to see 4g or not because i have started hating the services that airtel is providing every now & then i see "no service" as well is this how a so called best smart phone network provider works & don't fool around with me ok as i am a part of bpo industry so i know pretty well how you work ok i am also posting this on airtel consumer forum as well ok look into this on an urgent basis ok else you'll loose customer & not one at least 20 also ill post it on facebook & twitter Was this information helpful? | |||
