Dear sir i m using postpaid services since 4 yrs and from the start begening i m facing network issue signals poor network fails and call drops i have raised my complains several times since 3 yrs but no action just person comes survey done they say we will apply repeator but now they say they dont have revenue output from ur area so we cant bear cost of repeator and cant help for services improvements so i m paying every month 1050 and if this is services should i port to other company i asked question to appealate team they said its up to u at this moments there is no such plans for network improvements . i[censored] cant provide network in delhi in all areas then why ur company claims no 1 network on adds is this all on paper to fool consumers its realy shame to say no one serious to understand the problems faced by consumers for network if its going from your own pocket as a customer and u r being fooled for past 3 yrs wht will u do wht is ur action just try to feel the pains and rather then claiming no 1 network on ads better u people concenterate to improve the networks in sector 24 pocket 21 rohini delhi - 110085 my humble request.
