After recharging 346 rs on no [protected] i am getting very slow internet speedon full 4g/3g network ithing airtel crapping speed for making pupil fool.i couldnt use benefit because slow speeed max 20 kbps, or max time below 10 kbps, also today there is no credit of 1 gb data,
airtel making fool by name of JIO, there cusomer care stopped connecting just after recharge, after many try i connecttion they said they have provided 1 gb 2g data on benefit thats y u getting low speed, if you want speed recharge with our 3g, 4g plan, and the 346 benefit ahs tecnical problem, and when will it solve we dont know, you have to wait for your data benifit, and after iinsist disconnect my call, then block my no for customer cara

Now airtel doing a big drma here please be aware airtel doing fake call for refunding money of recharge 346, and will ask personal card details, they just trying to recover their losses due to jio, by this way me going to complain to cosumer court that airtel asking personal debit card details in the name of refunding money also plannint to laudge aFIR on airtel fraud

      I've recharged with Rs.345/- internet+calls pack i.e. 1gb 3g/4g data per day. But from the very first day of its I've been struggling to connect with Internet ( uploading and downloading). No problems on same phone with other airtel sim. Internet stability breaks down for each 1-2 mins. I complained to airtel customer service. They assured me then. Bt It was a false assistants. After a lot of experiments with other multiple SIM and multiple phone settings I came to know that there is no problem with network and phone. And it seems to me that Airtel is cheating with customers specifically on rural areas in the name of technical faults or technical breakdown while they don't t intend to refund payments for unavailability or not to providing of their products.
      Finally I archives my opinion and complaints regarding this fact, well, It's too hard to explain prominently in English for me, hence finding no way to reveal this common issue I has to draw your kind attention to overcome the situation.

        Am using airtel mobile from past 8 years. Recently i purchased new 4g mobile and want to use 4g services of airtel on my mobile. So went to nearby airtel service center to swap my 3g sim to 4g sim. After the work was done, they asked for 100 rupees, but i got call from customer care that i will get sim at free of cost. I given 100 rs to the retailer and came out of store and talked to my brother who knows about these things. He said i can swap my sim at sim at free of cost, and mostly they will ask rs10. I went back to store and said same thing to him, he said it costs rs.25 and returned rs.75 to me. Retailer tried to cheat me and gain profit ftom me. Even after all these i spent rs.25, but as per customer care it should be done at free of cost. This is the way airtel treats its customers who are using its services from past 8 years.

          Dear Sir,

          I had approached the Airtel Store for a new Hotspot post connection they told me buy it before 31st January 2017 and you will get double data. Iasked till when the answer was till the time you use. I bought it. In 15 days I came to know the double was only for first three months. The device cost is INR 2000 . I had complained they disconnected my post paid connection without asking or informing me.

              But payment has been stop due to bank problem.And it show as processing

                I have being requesting for Idea, docomo, Reliance, Aircel, for Demo Sim since i have very good customers asking for recharge right now I'm using recharge portal and get my commission but these sales representative we have to be back of him, they wont respond us its very hard to serve all the service provider,
                I'm talking about Hubbali loaction Karnataka State, if any manager could see this and help me to get these all, I can garantee you to give them good business since without demo sim, I have given good business, assume if I have demo sim I can give the best, Thank you

                  I had bought a Airtel 4G HOTSPOT from the Airtel store at Broadway, Chennai on 28th March 2018 and was given a SIM card which they told would be activated within 2 days.But due to the unawareness and ignorance of the verification team of Airtel, we are still waiting for the SIM card activation. I am doing my postgraduation in general surgery at Stanley. These ignorants cannot even identify that doin a PG in medicine is equivalant to a job and keeps on rejecting my activation. Since I had already bought the device, I dont know how to go forward.?

                          Excess online payment was made to Airtel through net banking on 29.03.2017. The bill amount was Rs. 343.86 where as payment made was Rs. 34386.00 as the decimal was not taken into account while doing online bill payment. Hence, Rs. 34042.14 has to be refunded back to my SBH Account.

                            And the recharge not reflected to my account till. After some i check amount detected from my bank account but recharge not done.

                            So i plan to recharge again on 31st March 2017 near 05:03 PM - trans ID [protected]

                            And the both above transaction now done to my mobile number kindly take the necessary action to get it back

                            On 15/03/2018 via paytm app worth Rs 448, money was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. So i waited the day and next morning went to the recharge shop for recharge and got it done. In the daytime my previous transaction was shown completed. So now i have two recharges of 448 on same no. PLEASE help me with that

So i my issue is i recharged my no. 2times due to poor network i not recivve a msg that my transaction done after some time i check my balance then my transaction its 2times done mean my no recharged 2 times so it is possible tht u can return a money of 1time recharge payment .                               I have been a cug loyal customer of airtel for almost 5 years now but they have disappointed me with their services and fraudulent charges. They had charged me falsely before as well and when i complained about it they had refunded me with the data which i didn't use.
                              But the story continues and their replies are also pathetic, i am going to port my cug plan but wanted to show that how airtel is never helpful or willing to solve their customer complaints.
                              Really disappointing
                              I had mailed them with a warning of leagal action but still they chose to not take any actions on it instead asked me to wait till the time bill is generated.
                              I had all my background and net useage tracked which was not event 300mb when airtel started sending me messages that my net is exhausted, when i decided to ask them to show me my data useage they asked me to wait till the next bill cycle and as soon as the cycle ends their accounts department starts calling up for payments.

                                I recharged for Rs.349 on March 25th for free voice calls and for free 1GB internet per day.
                                But it seems the pack is not yet activated for this number : [protected].
                                Please help to check and response back as soon as possible.

                                I tried to contact airtel customer care. But I am not able to reach them.
                                Meanwhile please help to provide some valid customer care number and consider this issue as critical.
