I recharged for rs 349, on 24.03.2017. For one gb data per day and unlimited calls. By speaking to your customer care executives on 30.03.2017 from 7.30 pm to 8.10 its very hard to found that plan was not activated. They assured me that the issue has been escalated to back end and it will be resolved before 08.15 pm, on 31.03.2017.
Kindly treat this matter as most urgent and rectify the problem as promise given by your executives, since I already recharged to use internet but its not activated due to technical issues from your side.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
