Hi,
My name is imran ahmed.
I had installed air tel application on my galaxy s7 edge. I had an option of recharging for rs.549 which will provide unlimited data (1.5 gb per day), unlimited voice calls (Local & std). I have been using reliance jio for a couple of month due to the expense tariff rates levied by airtel on calls & data usage. I had already applied for reliance 1 year offer. But i thought of giving airtel a try. Post recharge i realized that my balance remained what it was. Also, i could not send any sms. I contacted airtel customer care. Its a pain to reach customer care to begin with. You have to try all sort of combination of numbers before getting to the customer care. I reached a female agent. She said that i will not be able to send any sms at all. I asked her where does app shows that sms service is not available. She said that it clearly mentioned in the app & i had not read it properly. I repeatedly informed her that it was not the case. The app never informed anything about any sms service not available. She kept arguing about it. She said that i was not listening properly. Towards the beginning i informed her that she is being recorded just to ensure the rep does not disconnects the call. She said that i need to hear the recording myself & disconnected the call. The rep was extremely defensive & argumentative.
Airtel customer service is pathetic.
This call was made at 198 & the option selected was mobility balance deduction option 9.

I am extremely upset with the fact that airtel does not makes clear what services the customer is not getting. To make matters worse its almost impossible to get across to the customer care department. And on top of that the representative had the audacity to disconnect calls on your face.

Got a call from +[protected]. This person identified himself from Airtel & said that he can only refund the money back. I informed that money is not a concern. The actual concern is the Representative being extremely rude & disconnecting the call when we being consumers are actually paying to the company. The person said that he cannot do anything about it apart from refunding the money. I asked him to not to refund the money since Rs.549 is not a huge amount but to take some sort of stand for the consumers against such rude Customer Care Representatives . He said that he cannot do anything about it since refunding the money is the only thing he can do. I asked him not to refund the money.
I ask Airtel is this the kind of people you hire for service where refunding money is better than fixing unruly Customer Care agents at you organisation ?

I have recharged 349 but i didnt get the net benefit. I have complained airtel network but they said like u have recharged 349 from 3rd party website.. after that i have recharged again 349 from my airtel app then also i dint get the benefit of net balence.

      Dear sir,

      I am using prepaid no . Sir I have been taken this new sim card from Airtel store 3B2 Mohali before 10 day because my existing sim card lost

      Sir after 4-5 and day sim card automatically stop I call to customer care executive as per his feedback sim card stop becuase still documents not received at head office .

      After that i am several time ( 3-4) visiting to airtel store locating at 3B2 mohali from last 4 days. But every time your executive askme sim card start after 1 and 2 hour.

      But still its not started.

      Sir i can't understand a why customer suffer this if your team are not able to submit documents on time.

      if my no. not working 5 or 6 day due to airtel poor documents managements and handling why i wear data pack charges.

      Reputed telecom company like Airtel how to take so lightly a customer problem

      I hope a positive response from your side.and resolve this issue .

          They had discountine my service without any adequate reason as on 23/06/2016.
          Without providing reason in mail at that time i had advance payment of rs 1328/-.

              On 17th i recharged for my airtel number. I didn't get any benefit but money got debited from my account. I did followup so many times with airtel and they told they will refund by 28th march. I spoke to karthik (Customer care supervisor) on 2nd april and he told by monday they will travel it and till now no updates. They don't even reply to emails. Fake advertisement s to go fool innocent customers. They don't even a courtesy to reply to customer emails. Cheap airtel and shameless complany or service provider i have ever seen.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have made a shifting request on 23 december for my broadband no.[protected] on 6th of jan they have finally told me that they are not able to shift my connection & i have told him to cancel my connection they have taken my request & said me that there will be no bill generation & on 3rd of feb i ahve get a bill of 335 rs & i have make a complaint for waiver but they dnt give me waiver & on 3rd of march i have again get a bill of 667 rs again i have made a complaint for 667 rs but they have not give me a waiver. On 12th of march i have get a waiver of 300 rs & again i have make a complaint to get me the waiver of remaining amount of 367 rs waiver. But they have told me that they will give me the waiver in the next bill. But they refuse me regarding the waiver. On 21st feb i have got a call from airtel & they have told me that they will be able to shift my airtel broadband & commited that there will be no shifting cost as well as they committed me to give one month rental free till 20 march. But today i got my bill & i dnt get any waiver from airtel & got a bill of 1011 rs..in my opinion airtel company is biggest fraud they commited will never been full filled & they are generating the bill of the services which we are not using.

                            My complain is regarding Airtel 4G speed. Airtel 4G is speed is very poor quality. In Airtel advertisements they are saying India's best network. I am using this best network but according to
                            My airtel 4G speed its worst network. Reliance jio or other company has far better speed than Airtel 4G internet speed. I was trying to visit a site in midnight when the speed of every network is almost quite high but this Airtel 4G was unable to open even home page of that site. Daily Airtel company is changing their add about best network but they should also spend some money in improving the quality of network rather than making fool of customers by saying that it is best network. In reliance jio you can watch a 03 hours movie without buffering in YouTube but in Airtel 4G you can not even watch a short clip of 2 minutes. Leave the topic of youtube you can not expect opening of site in this poor network. It is not a problem of some particular hours it is the problem for whole day. Reliance jio is far far better than this Airtel 4G and quite cheaper than of that. Airtel is making fool of customers. According to my view after using Airtel 4G, Reliance jio is better than Airtel. Airtel is giving 4G with monthly rental of 350. On other hand reliance jio is providing this pack in 303 for 3 months so I think customer should use reliance jio which is cheap and better quality of 4G network.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,
                              I am a new to Airtel Money Bank App so when I was browsing it and checking recharge value and offers I by mistake double clicked on recharge value of offer 549 and wallet payment which I was not going to do. From my Airtel Payment Bank the money which was sent by my son got spent on careless recharge.. It's been only an hour. So please do help me as soon as possible. It has only been an hour after I have done recharge. Value my money. I don't need it in bank but in the same My Airtel App or if I can do another recharge of total amount then it's ok too..Please help!

                                Date of recharge- 02/04/17

                                As per offer of 5gb night data highlight on my airtel app. To get this offer i have to complete three step shown in the app.(steps are shown in screen shot below) according to first step i did an data recharge of rs 265 having 1.5gb data benefit but i got only 1gb of data then i again did the same recharge this time i got 1.5gb data. so i didn't get the remaining data yet of the first recharge.
                                I ask about this issue to customer care and they told me that i got the remaining data within an hour. which is not get yet.

                                second issue is that after doing two times of same recharge the app not go forward or next step. the second step of the process is not highlighted.
                                but according to second step i installed both the app showing in the screen shot.

                                SO i want either my 5gb night data + remaining data of the recharge OR refund of rs265

                                as per Ref. no. CBNRD[protected] after resolved the data i got, I can't use it because the received data is 4g whereas my handset is 3g. so how can i use 4g data in my 3g device.
                                so sir can u convert the 4g data in to 3g data.

                                      A mobile no. registered on WhatsApp [protected] is disturbing my family members and chat with them by telling a fake identity of my family members and chats vulgarly. He copies the details and chats with another in such a way that he is one of our family members and gives a fake identity of one of family member and shares information. He is a threat to my whole family. Please check the phone number and kindly find who is this person. It can be a threat to nation too. Someone is intruding into our personal lives, please check the number as soon as possible.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have applied for new connection on November 26, 2016 and the person who collected Rs.2000 from me promised me to give a new connection to me within 3 days. And I haven't got my new connection till now(01/10/2017).

                                        Summary of calls with cutomer care till now:
                                        1)Installation amount(Rs.2000) paid to the service guy on 25/11/2016
                                        2)Never got any call from Airtel and hence called customer care on 30/11/2016 for registering a complaint
                                        3)Sent mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com with snapshot of bill.I got a mail saying that my issue will be resolved in 3 days.
                                        4)I didn't receive any call or mail, so again I mailed [protected]@in.airtel.com on December 3rd regarding the same.
                                        5)I have been mailing everyday from December 3rd to December 6th but I didn't get any mail or call from the customer care.
                                        6)On December 6th, customer care mailed me that my issue will be resolved in December 9th.
                                        7)On December 9th, customer care mailed me that my issue will be resolved in 72 hours.
                                        8)On December 12th, customer care mailed me that I will be contacted shortly but I didn't get any call.
                                        9)On December 14th, I have mailed customer care about the activation.
                                        10)On December 15th, I got a call from customer care. When I asked about the status, he was so lethargic in answering that if you are not ok with airtel, you can choose some other network.,
                                        11)On December 15th, I mailed again.
                                        12) On December 18th, again, I got a mail from Airtel saying that "We have forwarded your complaint regarding delay in new connection to the concerned team. Our team will be contacting you with an update on the same 72 hours."
                                        Summary of interaction with nodal team till now:
                                        1)Fed up with the interaction with the customer care, I raised my concern to nodal team on December 26.
                                        2)On December 26, I got a mail from nodal team that my complaint will be resolved in 72 hours.
                                        3)I didn't get any call from dealer till January 3rd. So, I asked how I can still escalate this. Then the nodal team suggested to contact appellate.
                                        Summary of interaction with appellate till now:
                                        1)On January 3rd, I mailed to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com.
                                        2)On January 4th, I again mailed to them as there were no reply.
                                        3)On January 5th, I got a call and mail from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com that I will get my connection in 48 hours.
                                        4) On January 7th, I again mailed to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com.
                                        5)On January 10th, I again mailed to them as I didn't get any update for my previous mail.
                                        6) Then, I got a call from an unknown landline number that one of the employees in a dealer office has misused the CAF forms.Also, they informed me to give a polica complaint for the same.
                                        7)At the same time, I got a mail from Airtel on 1st February that connection is not feasible in my area and hence, told to share my account details for my money refund.
                                        8)On March 17, I forwarded all the documents to AIrtel for refund as they asked.(Delay in me providing the document is because my salary account got changed that time only)
                                        9)I have been following up every day in mail and facebook to get back my money. But, I didn't get it back.

                                        None in customer care is able to answer my queries. All they can say is "my complaint will be resolved in 72/48 hours".
                                        Can anybody help me on this?
