I did 5 recharge of Rs 20 five times from ICICI bank app
But I receive money of 4 recharge only
I want to know where my money of 5 th recharge.
I did complaint before also my reference No PRO33100267
They tell me it will solve in 2 hours but no reply come of their Msge.
Even 198 complaint number is also block for me

    On date 01.04.17, i received a call from mobile number [protected], impersonating himself as rahul sharma from sbi and told me that my atm is about to get blocked and please provide details of atm card to which i shared my details of card and then he made a transaction of Rs, 9990 tr id[protected], through airtel money and i did share otp details and my acount was debited with the amounnt and to which he told me that your acccount has been debited and we will credit it shortly and asked me to share otp for another transaction and then i got that it is a scam and now i am helpless and requesting from your team to please look in to the matter and please reverse the transaction as this is my hard earned money and please block the account of the person, check the transaction id and please help me.

        I have recharged with 345 on 27 march 2017. But from 01 apr till date the data services stopped in my mob no. I contacted customer care for complaint but they refused to take the complaint. They are mr laltu ghosh, mr dubey, mr budhdhadeb barai, they just told it is technical fault we can't do anything. You just tell me why should i compromise two days data service? As i paid 345 for 28 days. You just increase my validation time for another two days. Otherwise i will go for nother option

                Hi,
                I have downloaded my airtel app in my phone and in that app i had clicked to my airtel and
                I had done recharge worth rs500 on pos payust[protected] at airtel21/upw/prepaid txn#[protected] for number [protected] on 23 march, 2017. I had got messege from my bank that money got deducted but i dint get any recharge. And the amount did not even get reimbursed please help me!

                my matter was resolved through the original airtel people and not by you frauds. i am recieving repeated calls from bihari numbers and i'm being harrassed continuously. the numbers from which i recieved calls from are 8298922032, 07280821592, 7261062535. the website as such does not have anything to do with these calls, please remove my complaint asap.i'm reporting you people to the cyber cell. i ahve also gotten mails from you people which i thought were genuine but as it turns out you idiots, its not. nadu viral namaskaram to all you ********

                  On 27 mar 17 i recharged my airtel no.[protected] with Rs.33 . First time it was rcrge unsuccessfull but amount deducted. second time i hv tried .rcrge successfull . but on target no. there is no messege on recharge as well as while checking data balance it shows negative. it means airtel has looted my 66 rupees without any response from customer care. many time it happens. its better to switch over to other network.customer service horrible. its better not to cnct them.

                    I did a recharge of 298 Rs. The offer said that I'll have unlimited local and STD calls but I coildn't call untill I recharged it again with some money. After that, I was able to call but the calls were being charged from the balance. I sent an e-mail, tried complaint numbers, and even filled an online complaint on airtel site but no response is being given till now

                      Dear madam/sir,

                      I am a customer of airtel for more than 3 years. From the last three months, i have been continuously cheated
                      By airtel.in the month of january & february, data pack has been recharged with my no. Without my connection and even after deactivated it through customer care on the very same day, i have been charged rs. 99.00 plus tax in the respective bill. Again i have called to customer care and after long discussion they agreed to reduce the bill and they were showing it as you ppl have done some sympathy to me.
                      My question is why you people have recharged any pack without consent of customer? Is this not a case of cheating and why should airtel not be sued for this in the court?
                      After all this episode, i have been told that no data pack will be added in future. But to my surprise, two sport packs have been recharged without my consent / knowledge in the month of march. This time i have gone to sector -11, panchkula airtel store and talked to mr. Bhupinder singh about this. He has checked all the issues and offered me to activate dnd service which i accepted. He has deactivated the packs which recharged and assured me that rs.198.00 will not be charged in the bill but again rs.198.00 plus tax has been added in the march bill. I again visited mr. Bhupinder singh for this issue as why rs.198/- has been charged even if he has assured me that it will be not. Now he changed his statement and said that the amount will be charged and will be reduced only after generation of bill. He completely lied to me here. Anyway i have said him to reduce it, he has said that he has given request and within four hour the issue will be resolved. Again as usual, the issue was not resolved not only in four hours but even if four days.
                      I again met to mr. Bhupinder singh for the issue, this time he has not even attended me properly and said i have made request but approval has not come so what can i do?? I was just shocked to listen this type of statement to a customer who is repeatedly cheated by airtel and their representative saying like this. I became hopeless and badly hurt with such type of customer service. I am losing my time, money without my fault.
                      Even whenever i have visited airtel store, i have been asked to rate airtel through sms and i have rated airtel with the least mark three times, but never airtel tried to know why i rated with the least mark. It suggests that airtel is not bothered about their customer and their feedback and just interest to cheat customers like me.
                      I am not bothered about money but the service airtel is providing is just pathetic. I need some action against whomsoever have recharged these packs to my no. From the backend and against mr. Bhupinder singh for teling lies n not attending the customer in the way he supposed to.

                          I want to avail 148/- offer for my airtel number... So I have made a transaction in online from my debit card. Amount is deducted from my account, but of no use... Offer is not activated...
                          AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED.
                          I want my money back. I have complained to the Airtel Showroom members also. They too didn't resolve my problem ... I don't like this airtel... So many times it happened like this.

                            First call of each day is dropped, if i called any new number then also the first call of that number is dropped .somtimes i m in hurry but this poor facility just blow my mind .so i request u solve this issue as early as possible..

                              My number is [protected] and through MNP from Vodafone I came into Airtel Tamilnadu. Due to business trip i came to Mumbai. Suddenly I got signal in mumbai and for activation i called 59059 in 4hours back i tried again and again I getting the response " sim activation is inprocess please switch off mobile and switch on after 30 minutes". I have tried like this 6 time but my sim not activated.
                              Please help regard. For contact please call to alternative number [protected].

                                They just gave 1 gb 4g for one month and 50 mb 3g data for 1month. Making fool o[censored]s and wasting our money... They supposed to offer 1gb/day... But they aren't.

                                  Rs. 99 have been deducted from my Airtel Prepaid account for International Roaming rental whereas I'm still in my home network coverage area, i.e., Karnataka and can assure that I haven't taken it outside India in the last 1 year atleast. Why is this cost deducted without communication and very less information is present about this. Please provide me feedback.

                                    I am Ujas Nayak from Gujarat I called up airtel's customer care at 12:45 am for complaining about 4g network error, i has a talk with Mr.Apoorva Thakkar he did not even listen to my complain and started talking rudely, I even told him to talk clamly but he did not listen at all.                                       Dear sir,
                                      I had taken a prepaid airtel sim card - ([protected]) 2 back i. E;30-03-17 and it was activated on next day i. E;31-03-17. But the problem is i am not able to send and receive any sms from my airtel number. I am able to take calls. I have tried calling to the tele verification numb it was saying to call me for 121 and i have tried it too but the problem is not fixed. So, i request you to fix my problem and help me out.
