Airtel — Mobile network isnot available.connect to wireless network to make a call

Address: BLUE BELL Haripur Road Cuttack

Since morning neither i am able receive call nor able to call anybody. Complain on the chat replied to resolution by 6th May 26. No of the mobile numbers mentioned in the website is functional. email address given is fake. Mail bounced. Please restore my mobile connectivity.
