Airtel Mobile Network — No network at home | |||
I have called Customer care people and complained two times. After 4 days of the complaint date got the following message "Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your reference no. is F[protected], registered on 15-OCT-2015 11:10" After seeing the above message called customer care and asked "how can close the request without solving the problem" they told me like network team is working on that..nothing to do from our side so we closed your request. Then i asked when can i expect this problem will be resolved ? They told me within two weeks. But still issue is there and even worse than before. As i moved eecentlt drom vodafone to airtel network..i cannot move to other network till next 90 days. Kindly help me. Thankyou Mobile: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
