Airtel — mobile network not available

Address:Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

It is inform that the sim card with airtel mobile no [protected] was purchased by me i. E., bhamidipati srinivasa rao long back and registered with my aadhar number few months back. And an amount of more than rs.600/- was available on the number. Since few days there is no signals on my mobile and getting "mobile net work not available". Please examine and resolve the problem.
