Airtel — mobile network service (navalur airtel store) | |||
Hi, This is karthikeyan (Mobile no: [protected]) from chennai and i have visited the airtel store which is located at navalur chennai (603103) at 7pm on 02/09/2017 for few things that i have listed below: Issue 1 - linking aadhar to my mobile number - sincere workers who were working at that store told that the linking has to be done only between 10 am to 5 pm and not after that (Why is that so?). One of my friend visited last week and they have linked aadhar around 8pm and now for me they are saying some stupid reasons so that they can avoid any work from customers and leave early as it is a weekend. Working hours of the store is till 8pm but they are saying that linking can happen only before 5pm... Why is that? In that case there should be a notification at least pasted in the showroom that linking to aadhar can happen only before 5pm. Is it the customer need to go to the airtel showroom seeing on the customer care representative's mood or what? Issue 2 - i want to add my wife's numbers (2 numbers) to my account as part of the family plan which i tried using myairtel app and i was successfully able to add one of her number to my account but not able to do for the other number as the app threw an error message stating that the number (Which recently she converted to postpaid in the same store few weeks back) is from other location and you cannot add it. I called the airtel customer care (121) and they specified that the number belong to tamilnadu region whereas my number belong to chennai region and i need to visit the airtel store and they will change the region for my wife's number so that i can add to my account as part of family plan and they specified there will not be any documentation required.in the airtel store at navalur they said that it cannot be done at that store and we need to visit a store at adyar with some documentation to add my wife's number to my account. A) first of all the addresses in both of my wife's mobile numbers has the same pincode (603103) then why two different regions has been allocated to the numbers? Because of your people's irresponsible duty whey we need to roam here and there to do a simple thing? B) why is that thing cannot be sorted out when i call 121 or visited airtel store at navalur and can only be sorted out at airtel store at adyar? Is it that store alone has super power connectivity to your database or what? I don't understand these things which works without any logic. Is it your intention to make customers roam around to different places to sort simple things? Then why these 121 or other airtel stores (Especially the store at navalur)? I have been using airtel network for more than 10 years and is this the way to treat that type of a customer? Hope i will get proper response and solution for my issues that i have listed above.
