[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile phone services stopped | |||||
I received the message from Airtel on 5/4/2016 to submit the Photo ID within 72 hours to our nearest Airtel store. I submitted Photo ID alongwith passport size photo on 6/4/2016 at 11.oo A.M. I was shocked when it was came in my notice that the services of mobile phone has already been stopped at 10.A.M. Customer care centre at panipat has assured me that the services will be restored with in 2 hours. For the last 30 hours they have changed the Sim cards of my phone three times whenever I visited there and get the assurance that the services will be restored within two hours. Nobody in the store has given satisfactory reply to me for stoppage of services without any reasons whereas the balance is about Rs.300/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
