[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile - Postpaid (New Connection) | |||
I had ported my earlier tata docomo number into Airtel. On 17th of july, 2016 the docomo sim card went deactivated and consequently i had to insert Airtel Sim Card as advised by your one executive Shri Pratik Chaurasia, from whom i had taken the sim card and handed the relevant documents to him. Since then, there is no network on airtel sim card stating "No Service". i filed a complaint on 121 twice with reference numbers 69887104 dated 17.06.2016 and 69899994 dated 18.06.2016. till date, no action has been taken by the company executives in resolving the issue. I am without a phone for last 4 days and am incurring heavy business losses due to the same. you can have the docomo contact number by referring the reference complaint numbers.
