Airtel — mobile services not activated even after 20 hours of tele verification | |||||
I had switched from Vodafone Postpaid primary no which i use for Office & Personal use to Airtel Postpaid. I finished the tele verification of the same no yesterday (Aug 14) 11 PM which is around 20 hours before now and the person in the call promised that the services will be started in 30 mins but still nothing is working. I am not able to receive calls from my clients, family or anyone, I am not able to receive my OTPs or any SMS and am not able to use the internet. This has completely affected my work and made my day difficult. More than this, I am not able to reach Customer Care to report this as there is no option to interact with them in 121 Toll Free no. And when i had raised a complaint through mail, they are telling that they will fix it by Thursday. Are they expecting me to live without my Work and Personal no for 3 days which will have huge impact on my work and will they cover my loss because of this?. Please fix this as soon as possible.
