[Resolved] Airtel — money debited but not credited in my wallet | |||
I had made a transaction of RS 5000 on 3rd Nov 2017 from airtel digital card to another online wallet (phonepe), the issue is- amount deducted from account my airtel virtual digital card but not credited in account wallet. I raised the complaint more than 100 times in Airtel and Phonepe but they didn't give any solution, Everytime they said that it's done from there side. Phonepe team is saying that they didn't received the money also transaction id not generated for the same at their end. Please find the attached transaction snap of my airtel app. Please suggest the next course of action as it have been more than a year and still I have no solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
