[Resolved]  Airtel — money deducted but not reflected in account

Sir, i have recharged my airtel number [protected] from my airtel app on 15th april 2020. I selected rs 598 plan for recharge. After applying coupon of rs 50 the total amount i had to pay was rs 548. I paid the amount from my pnb debit card and the amount was deducted from my account but on airtel app it was showing transaction failed. I got a msg from airtel for the refund of amount in 7 to 10 days. But its been more than 10 days they still didn't refund my amount. I had to recharge from other app as their app was failing transaction regularly. Please either recharge my number or refund me back. There customer care also not picking up any phone.
