[Resolved] Airtel — Money Deducted - But Recharge not done | |
Hi, this is to inform you that when i tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] on 21st june @11:46 am, though my money was deducted from my account, recharge is not done. But, i received this message -"recharge of rs. 399 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference." I am attaching the screenshots of my bank passbook where we can clearly see that 399 was debited from my account along with the airtel recharge message. Please look into the matter. I have attached the screenshots of - 1) online passbook where we can clearly see the money is debited from the account. 2) text message of money being debited from my account 3) text message stating that airtel is initiating a recharge Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The money was refunded after 4-5 days. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
