Airtel — money deducted from account, but recharge failed.

I recharged for [protected], 558 (3gb per day, 82 days) from the airtel app (50 rs coupon applied) so 508 was deducted from the account, but recharge failed. The transaction happened via citrus pay gateway.
The transaction id is:[protected].
Kindly look into it.

I need to get the complaint to 350 characters which is mandatory it seems, so i am just typing this in.
