[Resolved]  Airtel — money deducted from account but recharge not done

Hi sir,

I tried to recharge the dth account[protected] with amount 330 but it failed, but money was deducted from account. I used google pay to recharge the dth.
I logged complaint with google pay and they told me that airtel was unable to process the transaction (Upi transaction id:[protected]. So they manually forwarded the transaction to airtel but airtel hasn't processed yet.
I tried reaching out to airtel support team, but they are not responding me properly.
I want you to take a note and take a action on this.
