Thank you for using your sbi debit card 1800 for a purchase worth rs35 on pos 78002019 at airtelmoney txn#914021. These two messages i got from my bank after trying to recharge my airtel number two times on 23/03/2019. Money from bank account is debited but the recharge was not done by any of the two transactions. I called airtel payment bank customer care, they replied that they can't do anything regarding this as i have used other bank account no theirs payment bank. I was asked to contact my bank regarding this. The behaviour of the executive was very rude. Was this information helpful? | |
