Airtel — money deducted from central bank of india but recharge is not done

Sir i want to recharge my number then i proceed with airtel bank and debit card of central bank of india. I got otp and i proceed then my balance total of rs548 debited from my debit card and recharge was not done. Then i waited for 24 hour and it does not help me.
Then i contact with airtel customer card but they does not respond anything yet and i also contact with central bank of india authority they also do not pickup the call
And its taking more time i just want my money back
Please help sir.
