[Resolved]  Airtel — Money deducted, recharge not reflecting

On July 09, 2022, I recharged my Airtel number, with an amount of ₹118 for data balance. However as of today it has not reflected in my account neither I have got the refund. I used airtel thanks app and Made the final payment via Google pay. I also got an message from airtel that recharge will reflect in 4 hours and contained a reference number for future reference. Unfortunately the same is not even reflecting in Airtel thanks app. I have attached all the images for evidence.
I have tried contacting google pay by raising a concern and calling the support and they said that the payment is done from their end and it is the issue at Airtel’s end. I also created a ticket for this via Airtel thanks app but it got closed and now the problem is still unsolved. The last image shows recharge balance as of today. This is giving me a very hard time. Please provide the solution as soon as possible.

I have also reached out to airtel many times but every time I get a response saying my email id is not verified which is not the case. Pathetic airtel!
