      Hi,

      Airtel was changing my regular family plan of 999/- + GST to 1199/- + GST by charging higher. To avoid charging higher I went to Airtel store to downgrade my plan. There new downgraded plan costed the same amount of 999/-+ GST but supported less number of Add On family members. With that I asked to remove and totally close the 2 numbers from my family plan to downgrade.

      Further, they did initiate the process. I have had previous experience where Airtel would delay the requests and keep on charging the bill. Here they went extra step. They keep on charging for those 2 closed numbers, but not gain under the same family plan, but separate entities inflating my bill. With my proactive action and as per the store, I should have stopped being charged for those 2 numbers from the day I made request for closure. However, this didn’t go same. I requested to remove charge on Airtel customer care at twitter, some folks agreed but there was no response later on. I followed up and then new agent Kuldeep responded that he will not remove those charges.

      Now there bill due date is approaching. I wanted to make payment but cannot due to highly inflated bill. Please help me resolve.

        On July 29, 2022, I tried to recharge my Phone Number through Airtel Upi and it has been failed. I got the message that the amount will be refunded after 7-10 days through Text Message

        It is been a Month and still i did not

        receive the refund from airtel.

          On August 2, 2022, I tried to recharge my Friend's Phone Number through Airtel App and it has been failed.

              This is regarding Airtel service issue on my mobile number and for the same raised Incident#blr[protected] on 12th August 2022 with turnaround time as 16th Aug 2022 but it is closed on (16th Aug 2022 around 7pm IST) without any resolution when I contacted customer service today I am informed that team has tried to contact me on airtel number but I am not reachable.

              I am surprised to hear the reason for the closure because 1. During the complaint they have taken my alternate number as +[protected]. Is it just to fool the customer that you will try to contact an alternate number or you will really contact an alternate number if the primary number is not reachable? 2. 17th Aug 2022 at the same time as about (AEST 10.30pm, 7pm IST) I got a WhatsApp ping from Airtel person "Arya" asking about the information. I responded 1.30hr later and chatted for a few minutes. He suggested a few steps and I tried those, but the issue did not resolve (attached WhatsApp chat screenshots FYR). After giving a response how can they close the incident? Not sure why did they not called on my alternate number +[protected]

              When I called on 18th Aug 2022, the support person transferred the call to supervisor Name : Nitin Dogra. He is saying the same but when I asked about why they did not contact on my alternate number, no answer and when I asked about WhatsApp chat he said nothing mentioned in the closure reason. If that is the case, I asked to reopen the issue he denied and asked to raise a new incident# CCNOR3BLR[protected] with resolution time as 27th August 9:05 pm. Is that supervisor's job to provide customer service or just raise a new incident and ask to wait for another couple of days to fool the customer again?

              This is how Airtel is providing service by fooling the customer and taking heavy charges for nothing.

              Today that is 30th Aug 2022 I called to enquiry again they said my incident closed and closure reason is issue resolved. I did not get any confirmation from Airtel but incident closed. Is this how airtel provides service ?

                In morning i got a message from ad-airinf that rs 1 has been deducted from my Airtel mobile account for using onmble_cntst, and for this i didn't apply or use

                I have no network problem since yesterday as i inserted my new Airtel prepaid sim card. I tried to connect to airtel customer care but since they have the same as jio, i cannot connect to them my other sim as jio. The only place where i was able to raise a complaint to with their AI, i got to know that the issue would take more than 9 working days to fix, as someone who operates a business, i simply cannot afford to loose 7 working days plus pay them for that. I regret switching my BSNL sim to airtel now!

                    I am abroad, Airtel SIM stopped working... the worst support

                    Complaint is regarding [protected] this card
                    I had submitted request for postpaid to prepaid convertion of my registered mobile number with add on cards also and termination of my data add on card number [protected]
                    But they only converted my postpaid to prepaid not terminated my data add on card and still sending due amount bill and torching me by recovery team and mentally harrassing by there spam caller
                    I am not used that card after conversion also it is not available my side physical sim because of it my cards are replaced with postpaid to prepaid
                    So I have fear of happening of misuse of my card for any harmful activity so I kindly visit to Airtel store to terminate my card then they asked for bill payment which is falsely apply to me by there team mistake
                    I asked for termination of my card they still not responding and my bill get continuously generated at system automatically without using single day
                    So my request is to stop generating bill from now and kindly terminate my card
                    And what court will say regarding my due amount I will follow the results

                          On August 2022 i purchased Airtel black broadband+dth from Airtel outlet kamanahalli Bangalore after payment is made they promised both the broadband and dth will be installed with in 48hours but due to Airtel sales person mistake there was a confusion and installation was stopped for 2days and on request to the customer care and the outlet the broadband connection was given but the dth sevice was not installed after 7 days after calling many time and visiting the outlet the the Airtel outlet kamanahalli store manager and the sales person carelessly telling that issue will be resolved, I am feeling that Airtel service is given to some local not qualified team, I think many people would have been experiencing such issue there is no proper instant solution other than waste time.

                            I did a mobile port from voda to Airtel prepaid and the guy delivered the sim and room 719 for 3 months as it's mandatory to recharge and then they recharge for 1 month and said subsequent months it will be done automatically. And now when I call them they are not picking up the calls

                              I have opted for Airtel international rooming package Amount Rs. 3999/- and after reaching at South africa the rooming service was poor and unconsistent. I am unable to make or receive call and if connected somehow then there is call drops. The internet is flactuated repeated and unstable. I raised complain on 19th July that there is no internet since last 24hrs. they assured me to support and resove quickly but after several effort the service is not provided even after struggling for 03 more days. After failed support I voluntary de-activate the rooming service on 20th July. There is a severe loss to me in South Africa as failed to get connected with my business partners and failed schedule any meeting. All the details are shared with Airtel but they are not ready to consider my case, they just waived of an amount of Rs. 2300.42, which is not acceptable to me. On my goodself I am aleady paid the monthly charges of Rs480.00 and the rest I can pay max. Rs.1000 to Rs. 1500 more just for availing the inconsitent service from Airtel which was not even helpful for me. Requested to consider my case to provide support and justice to me.                                   I was facing broadband connection outage from 23 aug 2022.Inspite of my repeated request to Airtel customer care and airtel Black store(Ravipuram), they have not rectified the problem till this date.Its been 8days i have been calling customer care for resumption of network.please note i am working from home for a company depending on Airtel broadband connection, due to lack of internet connectivity I have not been able to work smoothly .under this circumstances i requested for cancellation of entire service .The customer care service as well as airtel store(Ravipuram) is providing poor service and lack of professionalism.i request you to kindly refund the amount paid (4500rs)and take all the wires and connection which you have installed in my house ASAP.

                                    I, Smita Patil, using airtel no - 990096*103 since almost more than 10 years now. But, my Sim stopped working on Thursday 4th Aug 2022, post 12pm. I tried to restart phone and even tried putting it in another phone to check if phone issue. But still not working.

                                    I visited nearby gallery to sort the matter, but one of person said since it's of karnataka circle no they can't help and ask to visit other airtel gallery. When my brother visited other gallery instead of me, they ask to convert in postpaid to resolve the issue. But, when I visited 2nd time with him, they told they can't help since ownership is appearing in another person name, which was shocking for me. He said to resolve this issue I need to once check with gallery based in karnataka if needed.

                                    Let me tell you, if you can check then I can share all details about its usage, recharges, last contacts etc. Even you can check device location or imei no to verify details and also I have proof that it's associated with me since 10 years.

                                    I request you to please help me to sort this out since my this no is connected with many important things.

                                    It's been an almost month now that I am getting harassed even after using this no since long and have all proof with me. I don't understand how can this no got deactivated and ownership showing of some 3rd person. I have made FIR and I am going to lodge a complaint to consumer court shortly.
