[Resolved] Airtel — Money deduction and recharge not done | |||
I tried doing recharge from my airtel app on 20th june in the morning. My got deducted and recharge not done. I tried doing it several times and every time my transaction got failed. Money got deducted from my bank account and my recharge is not done yet. I tried reaching customer care via call and email (3times). They havnt replied to my mail. I got call nce and i havent got resolution. I have to take an advance talk time from airtel as my phone balance was nil nor i can use my data pack. More than 600rd got debited from my account.
