Airtel — Money deposited for new broadband connection but airtel is now not responding | |||||
To whomsoever it may concern, We opted for a new broadband connection first week of this month . Next day itself a person came and filed the documents . We did not pay the money because we wanted to do it at the time of installation . The executive that had come to collect the documents agreed for this arrangement . Next day we get a call from your team that we need to make the payment of 500 in advance for the file to move . They repeatedly called over the next few days and finally I agreed to transfer money via paytm last to last Friday . Since then there has been no action, no call, no message regarding what happened to our connection request . It has been more than a week now . The Airtel employee with the phone number[protected] had been handling our request . He is no longer taking our calls . I have paytm receipt for the transaction, I can share it if you want .
