[Resolved] Airtel — Money is not refunded for by Airtel DTH. | |||
I had made transaction of 5500 Rupees on 3rd June for the new connection and the money got transferred from my ICICI account to Airtel DTH but confirmation was not received for this transaction, So I made a new transaction of same amount and that time the transaction was successful and received confirmation message too from Airtel DTH. So now for this followed up with ICICI bank as first point of contact, they told me to wait for week as if its incorrectly deducted by ICICI it gets reversed. So waited for a week after that called ICICI bank and they informed us that ICICI have send amount to airtel DTH and transaction is complete from their end for this ICICI provided me the transaction details. mentioned below DICI[protected] DICI[protected]. So after this I had called AIRTEL Customer care and following on this from last one month on mail also on call. On first call, Airtel team asked me to send the screen shot of those 2 transaction which i send on mail to given email id i.e. tprdth.[protected]@airtelworld.com. After this on second call, Airtel team asked me to send the screen shot of those 2 transaction Id given by ICICI bank which i send on mail to given email id i.e. tprdth.[protected]@airtelworld.com. After this on third call, Airtel team member [Saurav] ensured that this issue will be taken to closure by him and will inform me on daily basis the status of this issue. this was not followed at all. After this on fourth call, Saurav took the bank details from me. After this on fifth call, Saurav didnt revert post taking bank details for more than 10days and didnt even inform me the status. So called back, on that day he informed me to share the transaction id shared by ICICI bank . Which i send. After this on sixth call : Saurav was no their, Someone named chandra was their and he was not aware of any of the details. So asked him to go with the above mail trail and inform me the status. now he told me that they require complete June month bank statement. same i provided on the same day i.e. 19th Jul. At this time a senior of Chandra named Nayan informed me that he will inform me the status on daily basis as his team failed to. After this on seven call : From 19th Jul havent heard anything from Airtel DTH and while i am calling their no the call is getting disconnected now. So would require your help to solve this issue. Major problems faced in all this are : 1. Customer need to follow up with mutliple teams. 2 . Customer is never informed of the status. 3. Airtet DTH customer care doesnt store the information of the complaint. 4. No single person to contact with, every time new member and need to inform same issue to multiple people. 5.
