Airtel — money refund not done for airtel recharge | |||
Sir, i have a recharge 169rs for [protected] mobile number on[protected] at 8.15 PM through my PayZapp wallet but transaction was successful at the payzapp end but recharge was not done for that number. I called Airtel customer care regarding this they told me that the recharged number was new number so we you cant recharge. after that i called PayZapp regarding this they told me that our side the transaction is success, you have to contact operator end regarding this and they gave me a operator transaction id[protected].
