Airtel — Money was deducted but not recharge is showing in prepaid number nor refunded in the account

Recharge of Rs 548 with 7 GB Mone was done. But despite of 48 Hours the amount is no refunded in the account neither the recharge is reflected in my prepaid number. Reference number was allotted but it is still pending/awaited
