Airtel — My Airtel App by Bharti Airtel is fraud.

I did recharge using My Airtel recharge via txd id[protected] for 500 mg 3G data pack for Rs 149 valid for 30 days, money was deducted by ref [protected] however no data pack was activated. Customer service executive told me to wait for 72 hrs for refund and recharge again. Did the same on 1st however the validity if for 21 days and not 30 days which is still getting reflected on app. Pathetic response by customer service executives(multiple) disowning accountability of airtel app saying Airtel does not have any app and is not responsible for it and refused to refund. Had logged complaint -PR[protected] on website as they are charging money for call customer service and keep you on hold and then transfer to "senior" and keep up on call as long as possible without helping. Even in their site they do not read and in their reply(pasted below) disowing responsibility of their app while refering to other apps..given same lame excuses and closing the compalints saying hoping that they having provided satisfactory solution. Dear Customer, This is in reference to your complaint regarding recharge benefit not received and misbehavior for your airtel mobile number [protected]. Our effort has always been to provide enhanced customer experience. Your valuable feedback is noted and sincere apology for any lapses from our end. At airtel, we value our customers and regret their concerns. However, we assure you that, we shall take all necessary actions to ensure that the same is not repeated. We have verified our records and were not able find any credit for an amount of Rs.149/- on the date (31/03/2015)as per your transaction id. Please note that, in case your online transaction is not successful, the amount would automatically be reversed to your bank/credit card account within 10 working days, i.e 10/04/2015. If the recharge was done through a third party web site(example paytm.com), we request you contact them to check on the transaction status. In case the amount is not reversed to your bank/credit card account beyond 10 working days(i.e by 10/04/2015) for recharges through airtel.in, please reply to us with the following detail: a.
