Airtel — my airtel app sucks

Ever since i bought a new 4g sim i haven't been able to make calls with it. I thought that's not too much of a issue, i'll contact customer support for some help but the app is so badly made that there is no avenue to submit a custom complaint. They have a few options and those are the only one's you can submit queries for them.
Their customer care number isn't too great either. An automated system that makes you run in circles. This is getting a little sad. On one hand you market yourselves as having the fastest 4g network in india and but on the other having the worst customer service is a bit ironic. Getting my number ported as soon as possible.
