[Resolved] Airtel — My airtel bank app has been freezed/no transaction allowed | |||||
I have an APP of Airtel payment bank in which my Rs. 5, 200/- has been hanged due to debit transaction are not allowed since 17 June 2017. I complained to customer care to solve the problem and customer care instruct to me for sending signed photo & address proof ID. I sent signed copy of my AADHAR card on e-mail add- [protected]@airtelbank.com but my account is not unblocked. I further compliant to grievance officer and the officer required transaction detail of money that is made from the Bank/Card. I submit my SBI Card transaction details to e-mail add- grievance.[protected]@airtelbank.com but problem still exist. I have e-mailed several times to airtel but still no response and made telephonic conversations with customer care i.e Ms Priyanka, Mr Rahul & Grish several times but customer care is unable give satisfactory reason to block my airtel account. After passing valueable14 days and making huge correspondences my Rs. 5, 200/- has not released. Now I am feeling fully harass due to company did not solve my problem. I have e-mailed several times to airtel but still no response and made telephonic conversations with customer care .Now I am feeling fully harass due to company did not solve my problem.
