Airtel — My Dongle is Malfunctioning - Airtel Denying to Service though it was sold by them

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Airtel 4G WIFI Dongle, which is linked to my mobile number [protected]. I have been using this device for more than 7 to 8 years now, and I have been facing connectivity issues and poor battery backup/longer charging time for the past few weeks. I have reported this issue to Airtel on 06-Dec-2022, and I have done multiple follow-ups till 24-Dec-2022, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from Airtel regarding the same. (email correspondence is attached for your reference) I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Airtel regarding my complaint. As a loyal customer, I expect a timely resolution to my issue, especially when it comes to critical services such as internet connectivity. The poor response from Airtel has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. Recently, I visited the Airtel store to get this issue resolved, where I was informed that my dongle is outdated, and it cannot be upgraded. This reason is not acceptable as the device was working fine before the issue started, and Airtel has a responsibility to ensure that its customers are provided with reliable and updated devices. Airtel cannot get away by such a reason, either they have rectified the device or upgraded it to a new device free of cost. I have attached the images of the device for your reference: Make: ZTE CORPORATION Model: MF90 4G MiFi Router IMEI: [protected] I demand that Airtel provides me with a resolution to my complaint as soon as possible. I am willing to pay the repair charges for the device, but it should be repaired as soon as possible. I expect Airtel to either repair my device or upgrade it to MIWI dongle device free of cost as an exception. I am willing to return the device to Airtel and get a refund if a satisfactory resolution is not provided within the stipulated time.
