I had given a request for the broadband new connection, I guess its been 2 months now. 4 times called the people in customer care to take request, till now no one came. You people would have told if you don't want new customer, but after promising then not turning up is really upset, atleast could have tried other broadband.. No more Airtel.. I have converted my Airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid today. When I try to recharge error msg appears 'Please enter a valid Airtel number'.

I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at Airtel site, but after filling the details I cannot...

For both the numbers I have given same documents, address verification for both the numbers have been vompleted successfuly.

One number [protected] is activated successfuly.

But for another number [protected], i have received below message and it is not yet activated.br...

Airtel is the most third class Telecom service I had ever used.with out any reason they send pop up messages for disturbing customers. And if you ask their customers care executive they don't know anything how to stop these messages.airtel video subscribe always appeared in my mobile screen whenever I opened my internet connection. Its so irritating that lastnight I am unable to do anything in internet....

I had an Airtel data card postpaid, i used it only for one month. i paid the bill and to an Airtel agent who visited the home and i requested to deactivate it as i was not using it, i talked to the nodal manager on his number. i got it deactivated. still they are generating the bill and saying that just being deactivating is not enough. and demanding money.
