Mr Meganathan Executive Coimbatore visited my flat and gave assurance connection will be done within a day. I had paid rs.3532.92/- on 19th April 2023 for new broad band connection. After payment, they told me to wait for 30 days to give new connection. then airtel executive called me that there is not service near my residence and i'll get refund. It's almost 10 days Mr Meganathan is not picking my call and didn't get service or any refund. Request you to look into this and do the needful.

    Complaint against the Pathetic Support / Sales Service from Airtel.

    I am writing this detailed letter (refer attachment) after feeling helpless and finding that no tangible redressal is provided to me by any of your Support / Sales personnel who from time to time had sold me various Plans & services. Further, I am astonished by the level of incompetence among the various personnel who are either ill-informed about the various Plans and procedure(s) or are simply oblivious about the protocols of the company and process to be adopted while shifting from one Plan to the other.

    There has been no positive response from them. I expect the matter to be resolved at the earliest and would be highly obliged of the earlier Invoices over which GST Credit couldn’t be availed should be rebilled upon our Firm and the ITC be provided against the amount duly paid and the subject Invoices be set off against the payments previously made. Please note that we ported all our Connections from Vodafone-Idea / Jio to Airtel just to ensure that GST ITC could be availed against the amount being paid for Mobile & other services. The time & effort that was put into this entire process would go to vain if we are unable to claim these Expenses as our business expense & avail the GST-ITC as this was the whole idea behind initiating the shift.

        Im using Airtel from past 6 year. Till now im not facing this type of problem.my sim card is not working from last 3 week. No network showing.i also inset sim in another for checking but still not working.i also raised the complaint.still now noone call me back.pls help me.

          My 7 GB of additional data and 1 GB of daily data were stolen by Airtel. In order to do work, I typically use my laptop to connect to the internet via a mobile hotspot. Since I started doing this in 2020, it has never exceeded a maximum of 2 GB per 9 hours of work. However, today, April 23, 2023, Airtel took almost 8 GB in just 2 hours. I also confirmed that, throughout this period, my laptop and mobile device did not automatically upgrade any applications or operating systems.

            This is to bring to your kind attention that I have initiated a request for getting a Dth connection of Airtel at my flat located in kondapur, Telangana, India. I have been immediately charged with a payment of INR 4, 000 for the connection and 6 months subscription. Later I was informed that it is not possible for the installation in our building and I was informed that the refund would be processed. Inspite of my continuous follow up, i still don't have any idea on the status of my refund. My order ID is[protected] and the customer ID given is [protected]. Kindly look into the same.

                I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional behavior of one of your representatives at your mobile store. During my recent visit, the representative attempted to sell a scheme for porting an additional number to my father's existing postpaid connection.

                Despite my father declining the offer, the representative persisted and contacted us later to ask for the port number. When we refused, the representative provided false information, claiming that their salary would be affected and that we would have to pay for the change in connection even though we had not shared the port number.

                The representative was rude and unprofessional, and even stated that they should not have helped us during our previous visit to the store.

                This experience was frustrating and has left a negative impression of your brand. I kindly request that you investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that your representatives provide better customer service in the future.

                  Iam a retailer for last 15years in Airtel
                  My distributor is TAMBIS TAILORS VELLAKOVIL TIRUPUR dist TAMILNADU
                  My monthly average recharge to my customer Rs 70000/-in my locality
                  He told me that if you want EC AMOUNT, send it through MITRA APP through UPI ID.
                  Auto refill and manual recharge to retailer stopped as per the instructions of MITRA APP
                  IAM not able to create UPI ID for my account as my account is joint account with my wife
                  Bank staff tolde you cannot create UPI ID as your account is joint account
                  Now what can I do
                  Hence kindly instruct the distributor to follow the old procedure either Auto fill or mannual recharge of my retailer number
                  Even I asked DISTRIBUTORB TAMBIS TAILORS VELLAKOVIL to give his business account number so I can send the money to you through mobile app and after receiving the money you do EC AMOUNT transfer to my retailer number then he told only through MITRA APP only you can get the EC AMOUNT
                  HENCE, kindly inform the MITRA APP TO follow the procedure

                  So far neither Airtel company nor distributor have bothered to ask the problem of my compaint more than 10 days passed

                      I am trying to get Airtel Fiber installed.

                      Address - 603, Bldg-7, Phase-1, Haware City, Boriwade, Ghodbunder RD, Thane(West), Pin- 400607

                      Spoke to customer service a few days back & got a assurity that it will be done soon on a priority basis. Also did speak to Vinay Dubey - [protected] who is the person who gives services in my area. Vinay gave me a reason that his mother expired & he is at his native place & would not be able to come soon as in hindu tradition the terawa needs to be done for people who already have travelled to heaven. Which is an acceptable reason for which I have my condolences.
                      He assured me that someone will attend me & NO ONE HAS ATTENDED.
                      I just spoke to him 15 minutes back & he has to say that he has spoken to 2 persons & nobody has time OR taking interest to give service.

                      I CANNOT WEIGHT FOR 13 DAYS & WAIT FOR MR. DUBEY TO COME BACK & GIVE ME SERVICE.

                      AIRTEL HAS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

                        मैं अपना नम्बर आईडिया में पोर्ट करना चाहता हू, क्योकि मेरे यहाँ एयरटेल का नेटवर्क ठीक नही हैं, लेकिन मेरे नम्बर में upc कोड नहीं आ रहा हैं ना ही कस्टमर केयर से बात हो पा रहीं हैं इन का नम्बर बस वेटिंग में रहता हैं,
                        यही मेसेज आता हैं जब पोर्ट के लिए मेसज करता हु UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                          For Xstream fiber installation I paid 4000 rupees to Airtel and before installing the package I cancelled and I got the message that amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

                          I cancelled on 28th March and till today I haven't received the refund despite so many mails to the Airtel.

                            I ported to Airtel network last month and the first recharge pack got expired last week. Next day the sim is showing no network and I am unable to make or receive any calls/SMS.

                            After calling through an another sim, both the customer care executive and the senior customer care executive asked to visit the Airtel store and and replace with a duplicate sim card by paying Rs. 50 and ended the call without giving valid reasons for sim going bad. Even the company is denying to replace the sim through their doorstep sim delivery for new connections.

                            This issue with the sim card arises due to low quality in sim card manufacturing and testing by airtel. It looks like this same issue will occur again for the new duplicate sim and I have to through these processes again.

                            Why the customer needs to pay for a duplicate sim when it is damaged within 1 month of purchase due to low manufacture quality? I need my sim to be replaced without any cost and at the doorstep.

                              I did a Airtel d2h recharge on 5th April but by mistake I put wrong customer id i.e, ([protected]). I immediately called customer care and they said the money will be refunded back within 48 hrs. I waited for 48 hrs. but instead they cancelled my request. I again raised complaint about money refund and airtel customer care said that the money will be refunded by 15th April and now on 18th April they saying due to time void they will not refund the money. They wasted our time for so long and now put the time void reason for not refunding the money.

                                My number was deleted or deactivated by airtel and im not getting any support from Airtel customer care & Airtel store.

                                My last recharge date was 15-04-23 & my number was deleted on 16-04-23.

                                  Airtel's chatbot mistook and wrongly activated IR data pack of 14999 while my request was for IR plan of 365 days which they could not activate at the time of request due to a technical glitch at their end ( attached for reference)
                                  On April 4th, immediately after the wrong activation within minutes, I have reported it to the customer care . They updated me that it is sent to backend team for removal.
                                  On 5th April when I made a follow-up call for knowing the status, their customer care executive confirmed me that there is no data pack active now and it is removed assuring me that I wont be charged.
                                  Bill generated on 8th April included charge of Rs.17698/- for the data pack as well including GST.
                                  I wrote to 121 and appellate as well. They are just copy pasting same text without answering to the point on why bill included this when I was assured that it would be removed.
                                  On the advise of having a whatsapp chat with dedicated IR customer care, I tried . They just say "Hi, this is so and so, how can I help you today " and when I brief the issue, they just vanish, do not answer anything .
                                  5 times they did the same, Very carelessly. In between one simple reply of " Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, bill is generated and we can not process your request " which is like, mistake is there but you have to pay it/

                                    I ported my mobile number [protected] to Rajasthan circle, the old sim stopped working on 14th April, 2023. On 15th April 2023 I inserted the new sim given to me in my mobile, but the sim is not able to register on Airtel network.

                                    Please resolve my problem.

                                        In Dec 2022, I ported out from Vodafone to Airtel.
                                        I had paid and cleared all my dues with Vodafone and got a new Airtel SIM in Dec.
                                        In February 2023, Vodafone generated a new bill for Rs. 309 to my number. This was not right. In March 2023, Airtel deactivated my SIM without any notice. Now I am at risk of losing my number as I live abroad and cannot go to India to get a duplicate SIM!!

                                        Please help me in getting my old Airtel SIM re-activated.
