On october, 2018 i have recharged for 1000rs.

The above said recharge plan is :
Rs1000 talktime with lifetime validity & outgoing validity for 28 days & unlimited/og - 28 days
After recharging i got 1000rs. I made one isd call. Just spoke for less than a minute. Charges (Maximum less than 100rs.) only
When i try to make call it says that i dont have sufficient balance. I was fully shocked.
Actually i recharged on 25th october, 2018
Today is 8/11/2018
Just 13 days only completed. Talk time gone & unlimited talk too finished how its possible. I was recharge for 28 days unlimited pack 1000rs. Life time validity plan.
I tried to speak with the customer care at 121 it was failed and says that i dont have sufficient balance to make call to customer care.
After that i recharged a small pack which rs.35 my recharge reference : unlimited/og - 28 days
But yet i couldnt make a call to customer.
Where my 900 rs. Gone
Where my 35 rs. Gone
I was fully tensed and frustrated
This is very bad.
I know about your website so i am complaining you about this scam.
Other what do???
