[Resolved] Airtel — my money was deducted from airtel bank wallet | |||
I purchased grocery from big basket app of rupees 1696. & make payment through airtel bank. The money is deducted from my airtel wallet, but payment was not successfull. I got the message from airtel that "you have made a payment to pu-bigbas of rs.1, 696.00 from wallet avl bal rs.1.00. Tnx id [protected]". I called the bb people but they said not received any payment from my side & the airtel people said payment is done form our side. What to do now i lost my money plz do the needful.
