Airtel — my network has not been working

I ahave a airtel personal phone with number [protected]. I have been complaining about net work not working. After my few calls thay asked me to change the sim which i did.
Even now the net work is not working.
I have another no. Which is corporate [protected] where it is working fine.
I went to the airtel show room in adyar chennai, nobody is attending after standing for 30 minutes i came back to my office.
I have no other option than changing my operator and i will complain the same to my corporate.

Please arrange to send feb to till date call history to me my number [protected], due to we lost one of my vendor imp number to find out. my mail id : [protected]@gmail.com

Airtel activated VIDEOPINDW without my permission, and they continually deducted money for 3 times, I need clear explanation about this and this is worst behaviour from Airtel which can't be tolerated.
