Airtel — My no [protected] is not working properly I can't make or receive calls but at the same time net is activated.

I am very disappointed with your service given at service center I went to 5 times and 3 times my sim was changed by them. But the issue persist the incoming and outgoing is not working but at the same time net is activated and I can use the net properly. The customer executive is not understanding the matter if you not solve the issue then please deport my no back to Vodafone. Because I am suffering from more than 2 days.
