Airtel — My number issued to someone else

I was out of town from few months, and my whatsapp was registered on my airtel no. I was not using the number due to roming. So i was not able to use my number, Recently my whatsapp asked for verification then i came to know that number has been issued to someone else. So all my personal messages are being forwarded to your new customer.
