I keep getting bill notifications and calls for some unknown landline numbers related to my airtel mobile number [protected] for the last three years. I have NO LANDLINE. These unknown landline/broadband connections show up as my associated accounts when I log on to airtel as well. I have been asking the provider to fix it for years now with no resolutions nor do they give me an option to delete it myself -- I have tried on website as well as App.
These are the unknown numbers I would like deleted:

It has been more than a month and nothing has been done about this. I would like to surrender my number. I do not want this terrible service anymore.

    I m Airtel customer from last 10 years i havent faced any problem but from the last 2 months i m facing a drastic network problem. which leds to reduction of my balance without any outcome over the call.mostly all airtel users residing near shisubagan are facing the same problem of network and this is very irritating and if it happens further that if we would be facing the network problem further i will be bound to switch over to the other network.

            From last 10 to 15 days, i am regularly in contact with your customer care representative requesting to change my pre paid connection to post paid connection all the time they use to assure that there representative will reach within half an hour or 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm everyday but no one has come till todate. I do not understand what is going on why airtel service has gone down. I must say poor service. Please let me know the reason.

              I raised plan change request to Airtel on 7.Feb.2017 since then the harassment has started. I made ample of calls to customer care for change of my existing plan every time they said sever is down but during my last transaction they clearly mentioned that I am not in there database and since then no service request number has been provided. I have emailed them for that also zero gravity response till date.
              Today I called up again, the same response is there that we are helpless.
              Email Id - nodal.[protected]@airtel.in is not working.

              I have never expected such harassment from Airtel. Though I am paying regularly for the services on time.

              Consumer Airtel has degraded there services that too in City like Gurgaon. I understand now there incompetency and strategy of harassment.

              I will ensure to take this on social media too.

                  सर मैने एक recharge 1498 30/1/2017 को करवाया जिसमे मुझे बताया गया की इसमे 10gb data or 12 month validity मिलेगी और इसमे 51-1GB, 99-2GB, 259-5GB recharge पर मिलेंगे पर ये नही बताया की आपका balance carry forward नही होगा 10GB Data केवल 28 days के लिए है।customer care मै ऐसे लोग है आपके यहा जो ये कहते है की हम आपकी कोई सहायता नही कर सकते अगर आपने कही पर ये लिख कर दे रखा है customer को की आपका balance carry forward नही होगा तो मुझे कोई परेशानी नही और अगर नही लिख रखा तो मुझे मेरा BALANCE CARRY FORWARD किया जाए मेरा Mobile no.[protected] है

                        Complaint 1) : why for the same person having same address, there are two relationship numbers?
                        Complaint 2) to get a printout of payment receipt for online payment, needs a lot of effort. The website is only about payment, every click is how to pay the money in the fastest possible way but once paid to get the printout of receipt is an exercise itself.
                        Complaint 3): in the payment receipt of post paid mobile connection, airtel logo is available but for the data plan payment receipt, it is absent, why?
                        Overall, business owner's/promoters lack of ethics is prominent.

                            Sir,

                            I am a corporate plan user of Airtel and we have 10 connections altogether, I regret the day I chose to be an Airtel customer. I complained about the network issues in my area but did not get any response, then I sent an MNP request against which I was assured that a booster will be put in your place for which concerned department will contact you within 48hrs.(Request No.[protected]. However, as expected I didn't get any call. Thereafter, I mailed the nodal officer on 08.02.2017, in reply of which it was received that, "This is in reference o your email regarding network issue for your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.

                            Basis your email, "I would like to inform you that we tried calling you but were unable to reach you. However, I have escalated this issue to our concerned team at priority and they will validate and revert within 24-48 working hours. Request your kind co-operation in this regard."

                            Although I was getting call from other nos. during that period and was, at no point of time, out of reach. After sent them repeated emails, I got a call and a mail as follows:

                            "This is in reference o your email regarding network issue for your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.

                            Basis your email 9899.9, I would like to inform you that I am escalating your case to the concerned team for validation of booster installation on priority basis.

                            Hence you will be getting a revert with a case update within 48-72 Hours.

                            Kindly consider this as an interim response. We seek your cooperation and patience."

                            I waited for the stated time but did not receive a single call or was approached for a survey.

                            Then I sent several other mails and after almost a month of chasing them from pole to post I received this:

                            "Greetings from Airtel! We have received your follow up email regarding network coverage issues on your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.I would like to inform you that, as per our requirement to install booster does not match your revenue, hence we are unable to install booster at your location.Further, Please be assured this is a high priority for us and we are looking for a suitable space to install a new site since the same is already planned.It would be great if you can pass on any leads of a location for a mobile site in the vicinity. Simply click on the link below and identify the location on the map."

                            This is not expected out of a Giant Brands like Airtel and I have attached some FAKE Assurances mail which I received from nodal officer.

                            By this review, I just want Airtel to accept it on a public platform that they cannot deal with the complaints of their customers nor they can afford a Booster for retaining there customers.

                            Meine naya phone liya hai usme mujhe my airtel app download kr ke 3GB free milega 12month k liye aur 121 pr call krne ka kaha. To castmer care wale ko pata hi nahi. Hai. Ap log aise bewakoof kyu banate ho aise hi time barbad kr te ho saf saf mana bol do na k free nhi a jayega. Me vodafone prepaid use kr raha hu usme mujhe turat aa gya aur aap log postpaid hote hue b nhi kr sakte.

                              Hi, i have raise a broad band request (Ref[protected]and paid the amount online ₹3792 on feb th 2016. As the broad band service was not activated in 48 hrs for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount as they were giving excuses like network connectivity issues. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 20 days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are planning to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.                                   I am user of Airtel Since 8 year . Very Bad Service i Ever Used in last 7-8 Months, Always Provide me Wrong Information about Plan of rs. 549 . Wrongly taken money from customers . i Suggest to all never use airtel service . very poor network always call droping issue arise .they are Adding Extra Money in my Bill ([protected]) after Mention comment on their System . very Poor Internet spped I Got .

                                      I am being troubled by lot o[censored]nwanted calls from airtel representatives for last 9 to 10 months now, they are asking me to port my number to airtel. I have already told them several times that am not interested in porting my number still am being harassed 2 to 3 times every week.

                                      The call comes from some unknown number though I have activated DND. Recent number was [protected]. Further these calls come from different number everytime so even if I block one number it will not help. Its creating a lot of problem to me during my working hours.

                                      First of all I want to know how these guys are getting my number and why airtel is sharing our number like this to harass us? Why are they not marking number as "Not interested" once I respond, and stop calling me unnecessarily. I don't want to get any such calls from Airtel in future so I want a serious step to be taken about this.

                                      If I get any further calls like this from airtel am going to write a complaint to TRAI. People know when they want to port their number we don't want anyone to ask us to port. Keep that in mind.

                                      The only thing I heard after receiving the call is dial tone for the next 30 to 35 seconds and from last one week this has irrigated me pl stop this

                                        Dear Airtel,

                                        I am using airtel prepaid since last 7 years. How can i raise a complaint in care number. I can't complain via 121 and 198. I don't know whether those numbers are for customer care or something which makes irritation to customers. Today i tried so many times to contact a customer officer. There was no any option to contact them in 198 and 121. Those numbers are giving only informatios. This is very disgusting. And here is my complaint.

                                        I am recharging around 1000rs per month for airtel 3g/4 service. If i use more than 15 mins, it is automatically turned to 2g service. Every time i cane restart my mobile. I need to fix this iaaaue on priority. I got my new 4g sim. This is happening in multiple locations wherever I'm moving.

                                        Pl revert on customer care number and above complaint as well.
