Airtel — My number was banned for no fault of mine

I am using airtel service for my phone [protected] at Mumbai. I received a call this morning i.e. 6th Nov. at 12 noon or so from Airtel executive. I had to discontinue the call as I was in a serious meeting. I received the second call which I responded by saying i cant take your call and disconnected. she called me third time and started shouting saying why did I disconnect. I could not continue as I was in the meeting and disconnected the call. After I was through with the meeting I noticed that my outgoing was barred. This is what has happened with Airtel executives now. I called customer care number and spoke to one Ms. Priya who was unable to tell me any reason for barring my outgoing. I enquired from her that the rude executive who called me earlier was Ms Sankari. I had to send a request mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com for debarring the outgoing facility. It was done promptly but I had to suffer for 3 hours. Who pays for the inconvenience caused to me ?? Such executives should be sacked immediately and proof should be shared with customers if Airtel has to prosper. This is what had happened with Reliance when they were at peak !!
