Airtel — My number was not in existence | |||
I am K.R.Chandrasekaran residing at Dindigul and I am a very old customer and a retired officer in the govt sector and I was holding the number [protected] for the past 8 years and I have provided this number to all my accounts in bank, Aadhar card, income tax and many others. I was at UK for the past 6 months to visit my daughter there. I have received a message from the airtel on July 31 while I was at UK stating that "[protected] has not been used from last 90days. Please recharge immediately to enjoy continued service". When In returned in the month of Sep 2015 I could not able to recharge my mobile causing me a lot difficulties.I request you to allow me to get my old number either in prepaid or post paid basis. Even when I approached the dealer at Dindigul they have not replied well and no proper response from them to proceed further to get my old number. Kindly help me to get my old number.
