Airtel — net connection ward | |||
Dear Sir, This is with reference i'm taking a new airtel broadband connection landline [protected].But now my connection is not working, reason is they are saying that my old connection overdue payment of Rs. 1122.06/- old account number [protected].I'm called to customer care they said that visit to your local airtel office, i'm goto 4/5 days regular but in local office officer said that your old connection is expired or impossible to again reactive 7 said that you take a new connection or i'm adjust to your old connection overdue payment but i'm waiting 2 or 3 days by chance my old connection is reactive but my connection is not reactive or local airtel officer regular called me & said that take new connection then i take new connection now connection is ward or airtel officer not received my call.
