[Resolved] Airtel — network and data problem ignorant team | |||||
I work in heromotocorp and i know how a customer is important for any company or any service provider. Chronologically : 1:i raised my complaint on 8th june and i got a call from your executive (Ms. Neha) and my complaint was not resolved 2:my complaint was closed giving the reason that there was no response from my side 3. I have reopened the complaint on 15 or 16th of june where your team has visited my office and did something which in turn was not able to resolve my complaint 4:and then i recalled your customer care and they reassured me to get my complaint resolved in so so days 5:on 9th of july i called another time as if i was free for airtel and had no other time to get to, and they raised another complaint 6:the shocking thing is this that when i called today, i got to know that my complaint of 9th july has been closed saying that there was no response from my side on 11th of july and your team has called me thrice and i did not pick a call: I want to mention to you that on 11th there were 3 calls from your side: 1st was around 10:50 (From delhi office saying that my complaint has been registered and i would get the result after 2 days) 2nd was around 13:00 (From subramaniam, bangalore office) and he also told me that my problem would be resolved within 2 days and lastly at around 14:50) I even have the recordings with me, if you want to post it i would be happy to do that for at least showing the higher authorities that your lower subordinates are doing nothing but just making a mockery of a customer. I want to mention you all that i won't pay a single penny to you guys because my complaint has been opened since 36 days and you do not deserve to get a single of it for the services that you are providing to your valuable customers. And if it does not end it at this point if you want a money minded reason for not barring my services i would love to tell you that i have been paying 1900 on an average per month and in total, i have paid roughly ₹15000 Now you can calculate how valuable i am for your company.
