Airtel — network and data usage - horrible commitments from airtel to clients | |||
I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel on 5th may. I was promissed for the best network and data usage by the company. However ever since i have ported i am getting horrible network and data connectivity at my home (Poonam sagar complex, mira road). I have already complaint the customer care twice but no improvement from their side. Also i am stuck as i cannot re-port my number back to vodafone at-least for 3 months. I am really irritated with the way the things are being handled by the customer care. They have sent me a bill for the first month. I do not wish to pay the same and also for the coming 2 months unless these people do something about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
